Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2023 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (PhP180,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Thirty (30) Units of Fire Extinguisher for Mine 3 Coal Project (“Project”). The goods shall be delivered within thirty (30) days after the receipt of the Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed to Brgy. Little Baguio, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Scope of Works (SOW) for complete details.
