The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through the Special Purpose Appropriation intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos (Php 716,235.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THIRTEEN (13) UNITS ELECTRONIC SCOREBOARD TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO VARIOUS BARANGAYS OF THE CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
