SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TEXTILE
IB NO. 2026-03-0122

1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thirty-eight Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-eight Pesos and Twenty-four Centavos (PhP1,338,498.24) from FY2026 GAA/Income as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for Supply and Delivery of Textile. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Textile using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is specified in the Section VI- Schedule of Requirements (see attached Delivery Plan). Bidders should have completed (SLCC) within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
