  1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the LIVESTOCK - 2026 CURRENT FUND - MOOE intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Pesos Only (P5,292,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Test Kits for Animal Disease Diagnosis”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods shall be within Sixty (60) Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
