1. The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), through the Quarantine Services-Central Office intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos (Php2,998,465.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Automated Capillary Gel Electrophoresis System with ITB PR No. 0012-23BAC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

2. The BPI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
