1. The DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute Central Experiment Station (DA-PhilRice CES), through the 2025 Corporate Fund Budget, intends to apply the sum of the following ABC for payments under contract PB 25-02-12. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
