1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP) has received a Loan from the World Bank towards the cost of Teacher Effectiveness and Competencies Enhancement Project (TEACEP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Tablets.

2. The Department of Education (DepEd) now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of 16,600 Tablets to selected schools in DepEd Regions IX, XII, and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). Delivery of the Goods is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
