1. The Province of Guimaras, through the Child Friendliness Program and Initiative (Program/Projects/Activities) of the Local Council for the Protection of Children-LCPC - SPA sum of Fifty-Two Thousand Pesos Only (Php 52,000.00 ) being the ABC to payments under the Supply and Delivery of T-shirt for the Federation of Guimaras Children Organization Officers and Provincial Council for the ssProtection of Children. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
