SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF T-SHIRT TO BE USED FOR WOMENS

MONTH CELEBRATION 2025

The Municipal Government of Taytay, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of
TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 275,000.00) as Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of T-Shirt
to be used for Women-s Month Celebration 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
automatically be disqualified upon bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Taytay now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of T-Shirt to be
used for Women-s Month Celebration 2025. Bidders should have a completed contract similar to
the project, within 2 years from the date of submissions of bids.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary
“pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act
(R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government procurement Reform Act”.
