SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SURVEYING EQUIPMENT TO BE USED FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL PROJECTS

(SOLANO 163-2025)

1. The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through General Fund Proper General Appropriations Acts, intends to apply the sum of five hundred sixty-eight thousand eight hundred twenty-one and 42/100 pesos(P568,821.42) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of surveying equipment to be used for various municipal projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
