Supply and Delivery of Supplies and Materials for Cakes, Pastry and Bread Making

P.R. No. 2025-03-148

1. The Province of Guimaras, through 2025 Office of the Governor - Support to Provincial Flagship; Programs and Projects (Kabataan FIRST Agenda) of Sixty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Six Pesos Only 20/100(Php 67,846.20 ) being the ABC to payments under the Supply and Delivery of Supplies and Materials for Cakes, Pastry and Bread Making. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within (10) ten calendar days upon receipt of approved NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
