1. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during its opening.

2. Bidders must submit their duly accomplished and signed Price Quotation, together with valid Phil-GEPS Registry Number, Updated Mayor-s/Business Permit, and Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement to the FPA-BAC. Likewise, submission of documents can also be emailed at BAC official email address, fpa.bac@gmail.com, but will also be accepted if received prior to the deadline.
