  1) The Department of Education - Schools Division of Cagayan, through the FY 2026 MOOE4 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Pesos (PhP6,633,270.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
