1. The Department of Education, Schools Division Office of Cagayan, through the FY 2025 MOOE intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Pesos (P6,633,270.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STERILIZED MILK FOR THE SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM SY 2025-2026 / GOODS2025-140. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
