Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STERILIZED MILK FOR THE 15TH CYCLE MILK FEEDING IMPLEMENTATION IN THE PROVINCE OF SORSOGON

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V, through the NGA, General Appropriations Act CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty Pesos Only (₱4,952,640.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STERILIZED MILK FOR THE 15TH CYCLE MILK FEEDING IMPLEMENTATION IN THE PROVINCE OF SORSOGON/IB GOP 2025-DSWD-021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required per indicated schedule in Section VI of this document. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
