(Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A 9184 - Negotiated Procurement Two Failed Competitive Biddings)

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY of Sterilized Cows Milk for Supplemental Feeding of undernourished PS Children

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siay invites bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Sterilized Cows Milk for Supplemental Feeding of undernourished PS Children.

2. The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement.

3. The LGU-Siay now invites interested bidders to submit and negotiate offer for the project on or before April 29, 2025 at 10:00 A.M at Office of the BAC Chairman, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg., Dacanay, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
