Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATION

1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Palawan, through the Mayor-s Office MOOE CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (Php 384,460.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SPAREPARTS INTENDED FOR ENGINE OVERHAUL AND RECONDITIONING OF WATER TANKER FIRE TRUCK OF BFP, ROXAS, PALAWAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Delivery should be done within 30 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

3. Interested bidders/ suppliers may submit accomplished price quotations to the Bids and Awards Committee through its BAC Secretariat, LGU Roxas, Palawan, Palawan. The following requirements must be submitted together with the quotation: Mayor-s/ Business Permit, Philgeps Platinum Certification.
