1. The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Office of the City Mayor-Infra. Support Program (100-02-01-001-5) Annual Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php243,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Spare Parts for the use of Volkswagen Dump Truck in the City Government of Kidapawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required twenty (20) calendar days.
