Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SPARE PARTS
FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF CGDBCL ALUMINUM BOATS

The Coast Guard District Bicol of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), through the General Appropriations Fund for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Eight and 25/100 Pesos (PhP2,251,298.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SPARE PARTS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF CGDBCL ALUMINUM BOATS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Coast Guard District Bicol now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
SPARE PARTS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF CGDBCL ALUMINUM
BOATS using the Competitive Bidding under Section 27 of Republic Act (RA) 12009
and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the Goods is required
based on the delivery schedule provided under Section VI (Schedule of
