INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of Spare parts (Light Vehicles)

1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 MOOE intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 4,693,740.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Spare parts (Light Vehicles) for the maintenance of Light Vehicles- PGSO with Purchase Request No. 25-C0220 under Bid No. B-25-0062. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ten (10) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
