INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of Spare parts (Light Vehicles and Heavy Equipment), and Construction Materials
1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 MOOE intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred One Pesos (Php 3,255,901.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Spare parts (Light Vehicles and Heavy Equipment), and Construction Materials for shop use- PEO with Purchase Request No. 25-C0660 under Bid No. B-25-0179. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Twenty (20) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
