SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SOUND SYSTEM RENTAL
LGU-GIGMOTO

1. The Local Government Unit of Gigmoto, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Ninety Nine Thousand Pesos (P99,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Sound System Rental 2025-SVP-006. Quotation in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the quotation.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gigmoto now calls for the submission of quotations for Supply and Delivery of Sound System Rental. Interested suppliers must submit their quotations on or before May 9, 2025, 9:00 o-clock in the morning at Municipal Conference Room, LGU-Gigmoto together with the following documents:

a. Mayor-s Permit/Business Permit,
b. Philgeps Registration Number,
c. Income/Business Tax Return
d. Omnibus Sworn Statement
