Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SOUND SYSTEM FOR THE GYMNASIUM
1. The Philippine Normal University North Luzon, through the funding of the Government of the
Philippines (GOP) intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED FORTY PESOS & 00/100 (P180,940.00) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
SOUND SYSTEM FOR THE GYMNASIUM for the PNU North Luzon. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Normal University North Luzon now invites PhilGEPS registered, authorized
distributor, to quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the item/s listed below, subject to the
Terms and Conditions of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents. Quotations may be
submitted by letter or email not later than MAY 13, 2025, 5:00 P.M. For more information
