Description : 1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAGDALENA, through the General Fund (20% MDF) as per CAF No. 2023-60, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P 3,450,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SORTING CONVEYOR AND 60T VERTICAL BAILING MACHINE FOR WASTE PROCESSING OF THE MUNICIPALITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAGDALENA now invites sealed bids from the Eligible Bidders for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SORTING CONVEYOR AND 60T VERTICAL BAILING MACHINE FOR WASTE PROCESSING OF THE MUNICIPALITY. The Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, and a contract similar to the procurement. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents. Delivery of the Goods/Completion of project is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
