Description : The Barangay Buenavista invites interested suppliers to participate in the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SOLAR LIGHTS AND SIREN. This procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9), in accordance with the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

Interested suppliers may obtain further details and inspect the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents at the BAC Office, Barangay Hall of Buenavista, during office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

All quotations must be submitted on or before the deadline, accompanied by the required bid security, in any acceptable form specified in ITB Clause 16.

The Barangay Buenavista reserves the right to reject any and all quotations, declare a failure of procurement, or cancel the process at any stage in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, without incurring any liability to the affected suppliers.
