Supply and Delivery of Soil Cover for the Maintenance of the Sanitary Landfill Facility

(SOLANO 113-2025)

1. The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through MUNICIPAL GENERAL FUND 2025 General Appropriations Acts, intends to apply the sum of three hundred eighty-six thousand eight hundred eighty pesos (P386,880.00) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the supply and delivery soil cover for the maintenance of the Sanitary Landfill Facility. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement.
