Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SOIL COVER FOR CITY WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITY
(BID NO. 0231)

1. The City of Iloilo, through the GSO - Special Purpose Appropriation, Development Fund: Sanitary Landfill Maintenance Program Procurement of Soil Cover for City Waste Disposal Facility, SB No.1, CY2025 Other Maintenance and Material Expenses intends to apply the sum of Twenty Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos (₱24,999,448.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Soil Cover for City Waste Disposal Facility. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ninety (90) Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed until completion.
