Invitation to Bid (IB) for:

“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SMART TELEVISIONS AND AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT FOR VARIOUS SCHOOLS IN THE DEPED IBA DISTRICT”

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF IBA, ZAMBALES, through the SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR PESOS AND 00/100 (₱510,464.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SMART TELEVISIONS AND AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT FOR VARIOUS SCHOOLS IN THE DEPED IBA DISTRICT” (GOODS 2025-11). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF IBA, ZAMBALES now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the prescribed period in accordance with the terms specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) from the issuance of Notice to Proceed.
