REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SMART PREPAID CARDS
The Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) is inviting Suppliers to submit quotation for the following:
51 pcs Smart Prepaid Load at Php800.00 per card- ABC: Php40,800.00
32 pcs Smart Prepaid Load at Php300.00 per card- ABC:Php9,600.00.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Interested suppliers may obtain further information from Admin. Unit of Pag-IBIG Fund Tuguegarao Hub located at Editha Tuddao Building, Balzain Highway, Tuguegarao City starting OCTOBER 14, 2025.
A copy of Request for quotation may be issued to interested suppliers by the Admin. Unit of Tuguegarao Hub starting OCTOBER 14, 2025.
