Description : A. General Conditions
1. Bid price must be inclusive of delivery and other charges.
2. The supplier must have a warehouse or plant facility within Mindanao.
3. Delivery shall be made in batches of more or less forty (40) drums of sodium hypochlorite per trip.
4. The supplier shall make the delivery starting February 2026 or earlier.
5. Standard delivery schedule shall be on the first week of each month or as per request by the end-user.
6. Delivery could be performed in two options:
i. Disinfectant can be contained and delivered in a tanker truck and will be refilled at the empty drums provided by the district or;
ii. It will be contained in drums and delivered at the location where empty drums will be swapped in replacement of the supplied drums.
B. Additional Requirements
1. Must submit a valid 2025 Business Permit or any proof of renewal if expired and/or any proof of facility within Mindanao. (Compliance upon submission of bid)
2. Must submit Certificate of Product Analysis or similar documents. (Compliance upon delivery)
