1. The Valenzuela Medical Center (VMC), through the General Appropriations Act/Income CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Philippine Currency: FOUR MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND FIFTY-FIVE PESOS AND 73/100 ONLY (P 4,416,055.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SHARPS / NEEDLES / SYRINGES AND GLOVES FOR 1ST SEMESTER OF CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Valenzuela Medical Center (VMC) now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SHARPS / NEEDLES / SYRINGES AND GLOVES FOR 1ST SEMESTER OF CY 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
