Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX (74,626) BAGS UREA (46-0-0)

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-One Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (PhP141,789,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX (74,626) BAGS UREA (46-0-0) with project identification number DA-RFO-1-2025-GOODS-091. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO 1 now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project with the following details and minimum specifications, to wit:
