MUNICIPALITY OF GASAN
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SEMI-EXPENDABLE MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT (MEO) - REBID
1. The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php45,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Semi-Expendable Machinery and Equipment (MEO) - Rebid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Gasan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ten (10) working days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
