Description : 1. The Coast Guard Special Operations Force through the General Appropriations
Act for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Sixteen Thousand One
Hundred Pesos Only (Php 5, 016, 100.00) being the Approved Budget Ceiling (ABC)
to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SEMI-EXPENDABLE DISASTER RESPONSE AND RESCUE EQUIPMENT FOR
CGSOF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The Coast Guard Special Operations Force now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Forty-Five (45) Days
after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within
five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to
the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
