INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SEEDS, FERTILIZER AND INSECTICIDE TO BE USED FOR DISPERSAL

1) The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar, through the Vegetable Seeds Dispersal Program intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Eight Pesos (Php 280,338.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SEEDS, FERTILIZER AND INSECTICIDE TO BE USED FOR DISPERSAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Seeds, Fertilizer and Insecticide to be used for Dispersal using the [State strategic consideration or procurement strategy, if any].
