1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte, through the RA 7171 2022 Continuing Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 4,730,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Seedlings, Seedling Bag and Fertilizer to be distributed to Tobacco Farmers as alternative assistance for the maintenance and protection of the coffee plantation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
