SPECIFICATIONS:
- must be planted in at least 3 cm x 3 cm x 8 cm black polyethylene bag
- must be at least 1 to 2ft. in height
- must have at least 8 matured leaves
- must be indexed as free from pest (borers and scale insect) and diseases (Rhizopus rot and leaf spot)
- no parts of the root system must be exposed outside the black polyethylene bag and not root bounded
