Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Ap-proved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Fifty-Three Thousand One Hundred Pesos (Php53,100.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Seedlings, Bamboo Poles, and Fertilizer for SC 37 Activity (“Project”). The goods shall be delivered within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the Purchase Order and the Notice to Proceed to PNOC EC Mangosteen-1 Well Drill Site, Balintocatoc, Santiago City, Isabela.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details. Please note that the bid/proposal submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid/proposal shall be disqualified.
