SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2026

1) The Department of Agrarian Reform, Regional Office VIII, through the Government Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-One Pesos and Thirty-Six Centavos (Php 9,976,491.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Security Services for CY 2026, with Project ID No. RO8-CB-2025-006-EPA, as follows:

a. Regional Office 10 Security Services
b. Biliran 3 Security Services
c. Leyte 9 Security Services
d. Southern Leyte 3 Security Services
e. Samar 3 Security Services
f. Eastern Samar 3 Security Services
g. Northern Samar 3 Security Services
Total 34 Security Services

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
