The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR-10), through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Eleven and 40/100 Pesos Only (Php 4,563,811.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement on Supply and Delivery of Seaweed Farm Implements under Enhanced Aquaculture Projects for CY 2026 with identification no. ITB#2025-00-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The BFAR-10 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
