  “Supply and Delivery of Seaweed Farm Implements for Official Use in the Implementation of Aquaculture Interventions to Increase Fisheries Production in Zamboanga Peninsula for CY 2025”
  
  1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) Regional Office IX, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Seven Million Three Hundred Eight Thousand and Two Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 47,308,200.00) being the ABC to payments under Bid Reference No. 2025-002 for the “Supply and Delivery of Seaweed Farm Implements for Official Use in the Implementation of Aquaculture Interventions to Increase Fisheries Production in Zamboanga Peninsula for CY 2025”. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
