1. The City Government of Lipa, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2- Special Education Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Pesos Only (P9,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SCIENCE LABORATORY FURNITURE FOR LIPA CITY SCIENCE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND PINAGKAWITAN INTEGRATED NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL , with Project Identification Number-2025-11-1073.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
