The Municipal Government of Taytay, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of
FORTY MILLION PESOS (PHP 40,000,000.00) as Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract Supply and delivery of school supplies and bag packs for
distribution to kinder and elementary students in all public schools in the Municipality of
Taytay, Rizal . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be disqualified upon bid
opening.
