1.The DepEd Pangasinan Schools Division Office II through the RA No. 12116 FY 2025 GAA (Reference # ROI-25-0082) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Nineteen Million Two Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php 119,244,960.00) being the ABC to payments under the contracts for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP) FOR S.Y. 2025-2026 (Pang2-ITB-25-05-0005). Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
