1. The Department of Education Schools Division of Lipa City, through the FY 2025, GAAAO, R.A. 12116 with Sub-ARO Number RO-4A-25-0256 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Two Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos only (Php 8,267,688.00.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of School Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Nutritious Food Products (NFP) - Lot 4: Nutri Pack for SY 2025-2026 Project ID No. R4A-LC-2025-07-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
