Supply and Delivery of Scanner for DTI Region 1

The work to be performed shall consist of coordination and supervision of all activities for the supply and delivery of Office Equipment (Scanner)
a. Deliver the goods in the identified site of end user within forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
b. Place of Delivery: DTI Regional Office 1, 4th Floor, Juanita Bldg., Quezon Avenue, San Fernando City, La Union

Payment shall be made subject to the deduction of applicable taxes and liquidated damages, after issuance of the Certificate of Final Acceptance from the Head of the Procuring Entity (HOPE) to the effect that the goods/services have been delivered in good faith and in accordance with the terms of the project, and have been duly inspected and accepted by the authorized representative.
