Description : This procurement involves the supply and delivery of sterilized milk for the implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) in select public schools under the Department of Education - Butuan City Division.

In accordance with Section 53.11 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, this project shall be undertaken through Negotiated Procurement - Community Participation, which allows community-based groups or organizations to participate directly in the delivery of goods, as part of capacity-building and empowerment efforts.

This modality supports the promotion of inclusive local development by engaging eligible community organizations in delivering nutrition-related interventions, in line with DepEd-s commitment to improve learner health and school participation through feeding programs.
