The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) Regional Office IX, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 2,250,000.00) being the ABC to payments under Bid Reference No. 2025-027 for the “Supply and Delivery of Salt Production Equipment for Official Use in the Implementation of Development of Salt Industry Project (DSIP) CY 2025 in Zamboanga Peninsula”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
