Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php699,980.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Sacks for Mine 3 Coal Project (“Project”) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The goods shall be delivered to PNOC EC Mine 3 Project Site, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details. Proposals including conformed Technical Specifications may be emailed to andelacruz@pnocec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before November 28, 2025, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
