Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Pesos (Php799,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Rubber Fabrication for Mine 3 Coal Project (“Project”). The goods shall be delivered to PNOC EC Mine 3 Project Site, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay within thirty (30) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details. Please note that the bid/proposal to be submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid/proposal will be disqualified.

Proposals including conformed Technical Specifications may be emailed to andelacruz@pnocec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before September 10, 2025, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
